African Sunset 2 is a sequel to 2015’s African Sunset title from GameArt, once again taking players on an adventure to the dry hot continent. While the developers kept the original format, a lot has changed in terms of gameplay and the math model, so let’s take a peek behind the curtain and figure out what’s new.

African Sunset 2 - Slot Outlook

Released more than 5 years ago, African Sunset was a huge hit within the igambling market. With an exciting feature set and moderate math model, the slot was popular among mainstream masses. African Sunset 2 seems to be a worthy continuation of the previous GameArt’s hit title and manages to offer a lot of reasons for fans of the original African Sunset to switch to a newer part. However, while the developers made a huge effort of redesigning and implementing new features, they totally forgot about previous mistakes, so to speak.

A new bonus game is undoubtedly engaging and rewarding, however, GameArt went down the same road when it comes to the base game, which remained uneventful and boring. You won’t find anything except for Wilds here, so the bonus game can become a breath of fresh air during the session. And here’s a trick. While paying 100x is tolerable, 200x and 400x for +2 and +4 spins seem to be a rob. Thereby, you either have to manifest a great level of patience awaiting the precious feature to arrive or let the developers rip you off to immediately trigger it.

Anyway, African Sunset 2 is still capable of delivering tons of fun. If you’re OK with the above-mentioned downsides, you may love it. Even though it won’t win everyone’s heart, it’s not the worst option on the market.
